Nick is prompt, friendly and very smart. The fact that we just keep passing his name around the office whenever anyone's looking says a lot about his ability to connect with people and help them find exactly what they are looking for.

Based on my experience, I hope to be able to employ his services when the time comes to sell our home and work with him again in the future. A few thoughts organized by timeline of the selling process . LOOKING AT HOMES: Nick said early on that he was willing to look at as many homes with us as we needed to see without pushing us to "close." He held to this promise. We looked at several homes. At each one, Nick gave his opinion on the pros and cons of the home without trying to bias our decision. There was never any "This is the house for you" type of talk.CONTRACT NEGOTIATION: Our home inspection came back with a fair number of repairs needed, including a total roof replacement including the sheeting. There was a fair bit of back-and-forth with the seller, and because the seller was the estate of the former homeowner, some of the responses from the seller were less than ideal. Nick helped us navigate the situation and get the repairs done that needed to be complete.CLOSING: One day before closing, our second inspection of the house showed that some of the repairs weren't completed properly. Nick helped work with the seller, title agent, and contractor to get the job done. Closing went smoothly after that. Overall, I would highly recommend Nick!

Prior to engaging in the home buying process we got in touch with Nick for the "picking a town to move to" process. He spent an entire day showing us around Boise, showing us different neighborhoods, schools, parks and amenities. He is extremely knowledgeable about Eastern Boise which was our focus. He gave us factual information about the houses and always provided insight about the neighborhood, pointed out things about properties that did not jump out at us immediately. We always felt he worked to meet our needs by adjusting our list of wants/needs and likes/dislikes based on our reactions to properties, and neighborhoods. He is a genuinely nice guy with a no pressure approach to real estate. We would use him again in a heartbeat and give him our highest recommendation.

Nick is extremely knowledgeable of the Boise/Idaho market. He was wonderful working with the buyers and us to truly make a win/win for both of us. He handled everything for us. He was there for all showings, the inspection, all the buyer walk throughs and knew more about our home than we did, so he could answer any and all questions that came up. We found Nick to be very astute of all the emotions involved in selling and buying a home. He listened to our needs and concerns every step of the way. Nick was also very responsive.
